How straightforward and trustworthy is this brand?

Joy Organics scored a solid 4.8-stars in Trust and Transparency.
The 90-day return policy is awesome! It's hassle-free and consumers are even encouraged to finish the entire product before asking for a return.
As mentioned, there's a 50% discount available to veterans. However, there's a lack of transparency in terms of the discount amount for other groups (e.g. teachers) and no info on what makes someone eligible based on financial need. Please see the Joy Organics Discounts page for more info.
The only info about the extraction process is that it's "proprietary" (how the CBD is pulled from the hemp plant). However, lab testing results indicate that it's solvent-based.

Ingredients

Are the ingredients natural and free from potential side effects?

Joy Organics earned 4.4-stars in Ingredients.
The ingredients are natural with the exception of the CBD Sports Cream and the CBD Cream.
The oil drops, salve, broad-spectrum gummies, and massage oil are USDA-certified organic.
The oil drops are available in unflavored natural and in a variety of flavors, sweetened with Stevia.
The CBD Gummies (broad-spectrum) have something called TruMask Ultra Liquid. It appears to be some sort of a natural additive to block the bitter taste. They also have added CBG (a cannabinoid).
The broad-spectrum and full-spectrum CBD Softgel ingredients include polysorbate emulsifiers, B-Caryophyllene (a terpene), sorbitol, and water. Frankly, these aren't things I consider to be high-quality when added to CBD products.
Joy Organics claims to only use hemp flowers (bud) to make their CBD oil. Unfortunately, this appears to be a baseless claim since multiple product labels show that both the flower and the leaves are used.

Joy Organics earned zero stars in Lab Testing.
None of the lab testing results that I reviewed, could be verified as valid. Here are some of the numerous red flag "deal-breaker" problems:
None of the reports included the photo taken by the lab, of whatever they performed the testing on. Without this photo, there's no way to verify if testing was for the correct and final product (what you actually use).
The QR codes don't work (the results are marked private).
Somehow, testing is often supposed to be for more than one batch number at a time.
At times, the pages seem almost randomly put together and it's near impossible to make sense of things (despite my having reviewed thousands of lab testing results over the years).
It's often unclear what was tested. For example, testing for the CBD Salve shows on page one that a "unit" was tested, on page two a "concentrate", on page three a "finished product" and on page four, another "concentrate".
